At least 18 months according to one new report. And it predicts 60 or more of the u. S. Population will eventually become infected. Right now it is a fraction of that. Johns Hopkins University has tracked 1. 1 million cases among americans and more than 65,000 deaths now. Mindful of what is at stake, the u. S. Government has given rapid approval for the sickest patients to get the antiviral drug remdesivir which has shown some promise in Clinical Trials. Yet even as new cases and deaths continue to climb nationwide, a huge portion of the country is relaxing stayathome restrictions and reopening some businesses. E
