DRC Landscaping LLC recently purchased a property at 910 Glendale Ave. in Sparks to serve as the company’s headquarters.
The Nevada State Development Corporation facilitated the finance package for the $1.35 million transaction in conjunction with United Federal Credit Union, according to a Feb. 9 press release.
“I could not be happier with the purchase of the new property and I’m grateful to the team at NSDC for their assistance throughout the buying process,” Daniel Clark, owner/operator of DRC Landscaping, said in a statement. “My immediate goal for the business is to grow by 20% or more for the next two years and to continue that growth pattern for as long as it is manageable, and owning this facility will go a long way toward achieving that vision.”
