Speak­ing at a ser­vice held at the Anu­grah Pres­by­ter­ian Church on Sat­ur­day, Teelucks­ingh said rather than blame the Au­thor­i­ty, par­ents should be­gin tak­ing bet­ter care of their chil­dren.
