MP Robert Halfon paid tribute to a dedicated public servant and passionate Conservative . I am so very sad to hear that former Harlow Conservative Councillor Tony Hall has passed away, he said. When I was selected as Harlow Conservative Parliamentary Candidate way back in 1999, I remember first meeting Tony, discussing Roman archaeology. We became friends since that time, and he supported, encouraged, nurtured and assisted me in any way he could.
