Tonight neighbors at the Liberty Motel in north philadelphia walked into crime tape. Bullet holes and blood stains. A masked gunman shot two rounds with a pair of glass doors and sue the motel lobby hitting one customer in the thigh. Its pretty clear that this shooter intentionally shot into the lobby.
