Reporter residents woke up to a scary scene not one but two fires broke out in the building on the 7400 block of stenton avenue around 2 30 sunday morning. One fire was start in there a hallway on the first floor, the other also in a hallway but on the third floor. Officials say gasoline may have been used to set the fire. Question a suspect and the fire appears to be suspicious in nature. Reporter nadine lives on the fourth floor with her eightyearold son. She says the building has had many false alarms so when the smoke detectors went off many residents did not evacuate. We didnt know if we really should be going. Something said open the door to check. When i opened, i saw black smoke and within a minute it was just dark.
