PETALING JAYA: Two more schools in the Klang Valley are closed for sanitation and their students and staff placed under quarantine following the detection of Covid-19 cases.
A student at Confucian Private Secondary School tested positive for Covid-19, causing the school to be closed for the day for sanitation.
In a notice on social media, the school said all junior students would be learning from home while those from the affected class must be under home quarantine.
It said that the school’s mid-semester examinations, scheduled to begin on Friday (April 16), will also be postponed until further notice.
The school, located in Kuala Lumpur, added that co-curricular activities for April 16 and 17 will be moved online.
