River View s new superintendent comes from within the district
Chuck Rinkes has been with the district for 25 years, starting as an intervention specialist
Chuck Rinkes named new superintendent of River View Local Schools, starting Aug. 1.
He came to the district as as intervention specialist in 1996 and has been high school principal since 2009.
Rinkes goals include improving communication with staff and the public and keeping graduates living local.
Rinkes replaces Dalton Summers, who is leaving to become superintendent at the Ohio Valley Educational Service Center.
WARSAW - A 25-year employee called Mr. River View promises to increase communication and form a long-term plan for River View Local Schools as he becomes the new superintendent.
