12/29/2020 Marieville Neighborhood Partnership extends grant deadline NORTH PROVIDENCE – The Marieville Neighborhood Partnership has announced that it has been authorized to officially extend the application deadline to Jan. 31 for a pandemic-related public assistance grant. As previously reported, the nonprofit has received a grant of $37,500 from the Rhode Island Foundation to help those in need due to the pandemic. This is part of the Rhode Island Nonprofit Support Fund, established to support local efforts in addressing community needs during the COVID-19 crisis. The grant was made possible due to additional CARES Act funding that the Rhode Island Foundation was able to secure from the state to support more organizations through the grant program.
