i want to tell you, last night i watched the golden globes. i was offended by ricky gervais. i was offended that a comedian could be that funny at an awards show. ricky was hilarious. i thought he was brilliant. he was naughty, wasn t he? wow. wow. i almost cried. but he s so funny. and that in a nutshell is the secret. some of them, i suspect, are almost crying, for the reasons we ve discussed. they maybe lost out on aaward, they re feeling miserable. you hammer home the nail into the coffin, but it s so darkly funny. well, i hope that no one was truly offended. i hope, you know, i know we re not there to embarrass anyone in
