Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court TWO people have been convicted of stealing alcohol from shops in the Bradford district over the past month, while a further five have appeared in court for the offence. Six of the people were called before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on charges of alcohol theft, three of the cases have since been adjourned, while the outcome of one case is unknown at present, as is a further case being heard in Sussex. The two others have been sentenced, copping a community order and fines for their lawless behaviour. Michael Christopher Seed, of Railway Road, Ilkley, pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of booze worth £53 from the Tesco in Springs Lane, Ilkley, on January 17.
