When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered that the pedestrian involved in the crash was a 3-year-old. The boy was pronounced deceased on scene by Gorham Rescue, Sanborn said. The chief said that the person driving was a 13-year-old female and that she was the only occupant of the vehicle, which was identified as a 2012 black GMC Terrain. Shortly after the incident occurred, police made contact with the girl, he added.
