Christopher Paul Lick, 45, is accused of using the COVID-19 relief money to buy a $1 million home and a $100,000 Tesla, according to court documents.Lick was arrested Thursday by FBI special agents after he was indicted by a federal grand jury on four counts of wire fraud, one count of making false statements to a financial institution and 11 counts of money laundering.Lick is accused of a scheme to get the relief program
