A suspect has been charged for attacking a 2-year-old girl still in her stroller in Queens and police said the young victim is not the only child the man.
The child was being pushed in a stroller by her 48-year-old grandmother about 6:15 a.m. Friday when Elder stormed up and began screaming at them, cops said.
