So this is mostly on its way out, meaning that just a spot showers possible around here throughout the day. The rest of us were going to stay cloudy, a gray, a little dreary, but the difference will be by the afternoon some breaks of sun might allow temperatures to make their way into the 70s which i think is a Welcome Change for those loving the 60s the last couple days. The cloud layer, satellite is hard to see but we do have clouds in place over pretty much the entire area. A lot of them low clouds too and even some patchy fog. Now, on top of that we have a few sprinkles that are kind of brushing up against parts of the jersey shore and just an isolated shower that may develop over parts of the delaware beaches here. And that chance is going to remain through today, particularly the first half of the day. But all this moisture itself is kind of wrapping out this way and its going to start pushing out east which means its pulling away from us. For Peace Program is the focus on the Senate Foreign relations hearing. We will hear from the director, Catholic Relief Services an official from the Government Accountability office. This runs about an hour and a half. Foreign Relations Committee will come to order. We are currently facing a humanitarian crisis with over 800 Million People worldwide in need of food aid. The us continues to be the world leader providing more than a third of all food aid. Over 2 billion annually. Sadly despite our generosity there are shortfalls for whats needed due to other donor nations not meeting the challenge and in next years farm bill deliberations women opportunity to do more without having to spend more money. A little over half of our food aid is provided through the farm bill with our food for Peace Program.
