This is what you need to dress for if youre trying to get an early start, maybe heading out out of town with the traffic out there. 28 in pottstown, 21 in dover and not much milding at the shore with temperatures in upper 20s to lower to middle 30s. This is what you need to prepare for, the feels like temperature. That sunshine will help temperatures recover today in the mid40s, but still a chilly day overall. It is a dark and chilly morning. How are the roads doing this morning . They actually look pretty good. Were going to start things off on the scougal expressway. Market street is currently closed eastbound and westbound between 18th street and 22nd street. Later this morning at 7 00 a. M. Theres going to be some changes to kelly drive. If youre going southbound, that traffic is going to be forced off at Fountain Green drive t
