A very successful Christmas charity tractor road run was held in Louth last month, with thousands of pounds being raised for the ‘Yellow Wellies’ Farm Safety Foundation’s mental health campaign.

The event, which will feature 50 tractors, will set off from Peacock & Binnington agricultural machinery dealers (near the Fairfield Roundabout) at 5pm and set off on a route which will include Grimsby Road, Newmarket, St Bernard’s Avenue, part of Eastgate, and North Holme Road before returning to Peacock & Binnington.
The tractors will be dressed up and lit up, and will hopefully create an exciting spectacle for the people of Louth while supporting a very good cause.
Residents are invited to come outside and give their support, although people are asked not to form crowds in order to comply with social distancing measures.
