BATAVIA â The one person who knew Bob Zeagler, the âHoliday Manâ the best said he would have been very happy with what happened in Batavia Sunday afternoon and evening.
What happened was a Bobâs Christmas Car Day drive around town by several vehicles decorated for Christmas. Those participating cruised the streets, honking their horns, some possibly throwing out candy if they saw children watching off to the side. Afterward, people were invited to return to the parking lot at Ficarellaâs Pizzeria for a little while to see Santa and Mrs. Claus. Kids may have received a gift and an air hockey table and Tablet were to be raffled.
