Overseeing hotel operations,
Jeremy Bratton brings more than 15 years of experience in food and beverage, hotel and resort, and entertainment industries to the Pendry team, specifically the brand s Baltimore location in the heart of Fell s Point, Baltimore. Prior to that, Bratton had overseen operations at iconic resorts and brands on the East Coast such as Sea Island Resorts, Lowrey Group, and Live Nation.

Leading engineering operations,
Mario Orrico Jr. will oversee a team of engineers, managing all aspects of preventive maintenance programs such as developmental processes, new budget strategies and ensuring overall safety of the team and property. Prior to joining the team, Orrico was with the St. Jane Chicago, and Sofitel Water Tower Hotel, bringing a strong connection to the local Chicago market. Orrico specializes in managing budgets and resources, showcasing strong organizational skills and expertise in interpreting data and metrics.

Erik DeBeukelaer is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Pendry Chicago, DeBeukelaer was Director of Finance at the St. Jane Chicago. Prior to that, his role was Director of Finance-Hotel Portfolio at Olshan Properties where he was responsible for managing property-level accounting, portfolio accounting and reporting across the company s national portfolio of Hilton, Sheraton and Marriott-flagged hotels.

Christine Wilsek, will provide oversight of on-property HR operations with a wide range of expertise including openings, transitions and renovations, policy creation and implementation, training and development, and overall associate satisfaction. Previously, Wilsek held the HR position for The Langham, NY with regional responsibilities for all U.S. and Canada hotels.
