Workers say theyre lucky because water only flowed into 4 buildings. Thats a lot less than in 2008 when they had to tear down 16 buildings. To prepare this time around staff and volunteers removed everything from buildings that could be impacted. This time , they say nothing was destroyed and the repairs are relatively minor.
