Evening. Investigators are now calling this a road rage incident. As you can see by pictures provided by the Sheriffs Office today, the suspect in the other car shot through a rear door and an infant safety seat, grazing the twomonthold baby. The baby was treated at Childrens Hospital of wisconsin and is in stable condition. A section of i43 was closed down for a short time after, so officers could reconstruct the scene and find any evidence.
