A creative Arklow student, who won a Christmas decoration making competition, has been given the honour of joining Santa Claus to turn on the town’s Christmas lights on Saturday afternoon.
Arklow’s famous community spirit was on full show when members from over 30 voluntary groups, charities and organisations gathered at the Arklow Bay Hotel for the inaugural ACE awards.
