Harold (Hal) Truman Jones, 93, of Fairfield, California, passed away peacefully at his home on March 18, 2021.
Hal was born in Flint, Michigan, on Aug. 31, 1927, to Harold and Clara Jones.
He graduated high school in 1945 and was a proud graduate of Michigan State University.
He served in the Armed Forces from 1946 to 1953, first in the U.S. Army and then in the U.S. Air Force and was awarded the WWII Victory Medal and the National Defense Medal.
Hal married Nancy Roney at the Suisun-Fairfield Congregational Church where they were both members. They were happily married for 65 years.
