A starlit night of music, art and flora marked the Evening of Music and Art in the Gardens benefit for the Gardens Conservancy.
The seventh annual event took place April 16 in the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.
Susan Wright was chairwoman of the al fresco evening, which included a welcome from conservancy co-founder
Frances Fisher; Troy Anderson & The Wonderful World Band performing favorites by Louis Armstrong; cocktails; hors d oeuvres; and the chance to roam around the two-acre property for a leisurely look at at various exhibits, displays, and conservation and restoration projects.
The night s highlight was the presentation of the seventh annual Ann Norton Award for Philanthropy, given to an individual who advances the ideals set forth in Ann Norton’s vision for the Gardens, to Palm Beach resident
