An Austin man called 911 and told an operator that he "blacked out" just minutes after he allegedly shot and killed his wife and 14-year-old stepson at their home on Friday, according to an arrest warrant.
David Ontiveros Jr., 42, is charged with capital murder for the deaths of his wife, 39-year-old Christina Michelle Limon, and her son, 14-year-old Rudy Xavier Limon-Lirra.
According to court documents, 42-year-old David Ontiveros Jr. himself had called police, saying he had shot his wife, 39-year-old Christina Limon and her son, 14-year-old Rudy Limon-Lirra.
