Who you d do anything for, give anything to protect? Whoever your person is, public health guidance is meant to protect them. Refusal to follow it means you are putting them in greater danger. The people I would do anything for are my parents, who are Midland residents and over age 65. If you’re the person at the grocery or hardware store without a mask, you know you can get away with it. Nobody can force you to wear a mask though they may wonder what health condition it is that makes going out in public without a mask safer than wearing one or staying home.
