Still questions, few answers about Mansion House flow - The Martha s Vineyard Times

The Martha s Vineyard Times Still questions, few answers about Mansion House flow Wastewater consultant says the town may have excess capacity, though perhaps no recourse over illegal pumping. How much flow is available at the Tisbury wastewater treatment plant remains a moving target, according to a consultant.
