Shortly before 2 00 this morning, this was the apartment complex here in upper dublin township, woods apartment complex, started in a unit on second floor, just kept going from there. Started burning extremely fast, going unit by unit. But really contained to that one unit on that second floor. Two alarms rang out, big push from the flames and the Fire Department as it got underway, got it under control in 30 minutes to an hour. Not without some harrowing moments, firefighters had to rescue a man from that second floor apartment, where the fire actually started, where those flames came from, they managed to get up there, we spoke to an eyewitness, who was there as that moment was happening, heard the screaming from that unit.
