residents in a particular neighborhood. so, the two groups of streets that we are proposing before you, for consideration, is basically taken from the original list of locations that we have on file which is long standing locations with negative impacts and long term parking over night parking and different parts of the city. and we are choosing these two groups as the first two roll out locations. and for several reasons. one is that as i mentioned during the original list and secondly, to have a long-standing history and with preventing problems and the groupings also allowed and facilitates the installation and logistics to group together in two areas and they help us to do our evaluation because it is the large enough sample where we decertain the certain trends and signs that are posted and they also help us do the notification because there are more concentrated instead of being geographically scattered. we do want to ask specifically point out that this program is not
maintained and it is not an eye sore and we are law abiding citizen and we both struggled with substance abuse problems and in treatment for for months and been clean for four months and doing well and i think that compared to more or less express my my opposition to this entire program. i think that it could land us homeless again and like set us back you know another ix months to a year or whatever, we made a lot of progress and you know, this implementation of this or of these regulations the placement of signs, or these areas, it is going to directly effect us, and i ask you guys to limit the signage and it sounds like there have been additional signs proposed or additional areas that were not initially agreed upon and i am not familiar with the particulars, but i urge you guys at the very least to limit that and kind of limit the programs for people like us. thank you. walter. chris, estkin. and mar than, bridgum. thank you all, for hearing me speak. i don t th
