Dozens of community members attended Tuesday’s Beltrami County Board meeting to express their concerns about the selected location for a new county jail.
Senate District 2 includes the entire counties of Beltrami, Clearwater, Lake of the Woods and Mahnomen along with portions of Itasca, Cass, Hubbard and Becker as well as the three largest Native American reservations in Minnesota: White Earth, Red Lake, and Leech Lake.
