A 44-year-old South Lake Tahoe man faces a felony stalking charge and gross misdemeanor charges of libel and two counts of intimidating a public officer. Todd Christian Robben was transported Nov. 9, 11 a.m. from El Dorado County Jail to Carson City Jail on a Carson Township warrant.
