Flurry exiting wednesday. Jonathan just in, emergency crews are on the scene of an Apartment Fire in evanston. It started in the 1800 block of fairfax avenue, just before 4 00 this morning. When crews arrived, the fire had spread to the attic. Extra crews had to be called in to get the flames under control. We have a crew headed to the scene. Well bring you more as it becomes available. For the last two years, the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals, or OBAP, has been working hard to develop relationships with aviation and aerospace professionals, and with community organizations in need of help.
âIâm so proud of the organizationâs growth,â OBAP President Asia Anchrum said. âWe have definitely been a staple in the community by providing a presence for minorities from the aviation industry.â
