Manhattan prosecutors charged Christian Jeffers, 48, with assault as a hate crime, weapons possession, and related offenses for the attack Tuesday that landed a 29-year-old man in the ER bleeding from his head. Jeffers was ordered held on $300,000 bail.
Christopher Elder, 31, a Queens man with a history of assaulting children, was charged for flipping over a stroller, which left a two-year-old girl with stitches on her face.
