About 106 degrees so far, most fet field, san rafael tracking just a little bit cooler than yesterday but 102 is still plenty hot. Another record for sana rafael, oakland, most fet field and san jose. In some cases like most fet field youve broken the record by 13 degrees today. Theyre 110 degrees in concord, morgan hill 109, mid80s out towards half moon bay. Weve got these hot temperatures, excessive heat warning for inland spots still going on through monday evening. Lets get to that new Surveillance Video that we obtained from a laundry mat here in the area. You can see moments after this car hits the pole, the sparks flying. Then after that, you see that driver that police are trying to look for in a gray or white sweater with some dark pants running away. We do know according to Oakland Police that this crash took place around 5 30 a. M. That car was overturned when they showed up. There was a passenger who was stuck inside of it and sent to a hospital. Last time we checked, that passenger was in critical condition. I did get a chance to speak with a resident in the area who said the crash felt like an earthquake hit the area. She also said its common place for cars on this street to get into accidents.
