Truck driver Hayden Winter is in hospital after an alleged assault in Rolleston on Saturday, May 15. “The club has been informed that one of its members has been charged in relation to the incident. That member has been suspended pending the outcome of the court proceedings.” Ruki said the incident did not occur at a Rolleston Rugby Club facility or event. “Rolleston Rugby Club does not condone violence of any nature and we will be fully co-operating with the police investigation.
