And while it will get breezy later this morning the breezes havent quite kicked in so its cold out there but not oppressively cold and we dont have that strong wind chills this morning. Heres how the day is going to go. We are going to see some changes. By noon 45 and well probably hit our high which is going to be about 50 degrees, well get that kind of early, say, 1 30 or 2 oclock. Then the winds are going to pick up.
