For Taylor who has had his own set of challenges, to know someone went out of their way, especially a police officer to get him a bike so he could still get to work, meant the world to him. I couldn t believe it, said Tyreese Taylor. I could not believe that actually happened.
The month of May started off rough for Taylor, who showed up early for his Taco Bell shift in Ferndale. Before he knew it, someone took off on his bike, his only mode of transportation.

Military veterans 50 and older, their spouses and caregivers can get COVID-19 vaccines Monday through a special clinic at Northern Michigan University in Marquette.
It ll be the first of several planned clinics around the state for veterans through a partnership between the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency and the Michigan National Guard.
