Building, police say Martinez Morales ran away, leaving behind both men, one of whom suffered cuts to his leg that needed several staples to close. Found the two passengers in the vehicle. They never did locate the operator. He was located the next morning and interviewed reference this case. Andy according to court records, martinezmorales told police he was driving right around the speed limit when he just lost control of his car and also addressed the judge in court.
