The Federal Government, International Labour Organisation (ILO), Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) are developing a national profile for occupational safety and health systems in the country.
With the unveiling of the National Talent Export Programme (NATEP) to shore up Nigeria’s foreign exchange earnings and position the country as a hub for talent sourcing, stakeholders have said until the Federal Government invests more in education, objectives of the scheme would continue to be a mirage.
