It was a normal Saturday one recent weekend for Chris Maughon, an Ooltewah resident since 1989, when he drove out to run some errands for what he thought would be a quick trip.
Frustrated with Ooltewah s growth in recent years, roughly 100 residents gathered in the Ooltewah High School gym to voice their concerns surrounding traffic congestion and new housing development in the area.
