Tumlin will talk about this, but last week we did have a press event with supervisors peskin and preston announcing that we will be delaying our fare increases. Obviously when we were voting upon that fare increase, we could not have understood the magnitude of what was before us and not to mention we didnt really have a path forward in being able to fund the operations, so i want to thank you supervisors peskin and preston for working with us to come up with solutions which i cannot tell you what they are today. But to look at how we can fill those funding gaps which primarily effect us in year two of the budget cycle, not so much in year one. That will be coming back to us in the future. And also with that we will not be having a Charter Amendment related to sfmta. Thank director tumlin for his work in working with the supervisors, and just say it was a pleasure to be there to represent the board last week at kirkland lard. And then, just to look at, were not quite done with this fiscal year, but i wanted to present what we had because this is very consistent with our usual race and ethnicity breakdown. So, again, 39 of the people coming in are black African American didnt we know this is a huge disproportionate representation in the jail relative to the community. Though, it does represent, really, the entire bay area because people in the jail, about im not sure what it is right now, but typically, its around 25 are from out of county. Next slide, please. And then, this is the best value of who is actually in the jail and you know notice that the big jump in the percentage of black africanamericans who are in the jail on any given day and that means functionally, that black africanamericans are less likely relative to other races or ethnicities to leave jail. So if you chose not to grant the appeal, the project would be approved with the rear yard variance but not the variance for the basement unit. And my understanding is the dimensions of the rear yard dont meet the requirements for the rear yard to provide light and air, which have even been reduced from previous dimensions. And then your proposals where you have this slant going like this is actually the opposite. So its a triangle that would go like this. So you have to maintain that space and increase that space as you go up. And so you certainly would not be able to meet that space on those alternative proposals either.
