Now, neighbors say they heard as many as six shots ring out earlier tonight. Some witnesses at first thought it was firecrackers but one woman tells fox 25 moments later she spotted her neighbor lying on the ground and bleeding. Witnesses tell us the man, who is a father of two, was going to his car to get diapers for his daughter when he was shot. Neighbors tell us they tried to help save him. Tree tried to give hit cpr but they took him away a while ago. Police have not yet confirmed any details for us, given us an update on the victim or provided us a name.
