The Maricopa County Recorders Office saying more than 560,000 easterly ballots have been mailed in and nearly 11,000 people have voted early in person. More than 228,000 registered republicans have cast their ballots while just over 190,000 democrats have voted early. More than 138,000 independents and other voters have also voted. The way, and an unknown witness, that unknown gunman saw this all happen, and fired his gun at the driver, who then fled. The shooter fled as well, so they dont know what person is, but that suspect, we know he fled to 43rd avenue and buckeye. Thats when he called police to report he had been shot. The Sheriffs Department says the accident happened friday. Detectives identified the victim, 51yearold debbie 28yearold destiny dixon of prescott. They say the two were trying to drive through an obstacle called the tip over challenge. Crews found the atv on fire at the sc
