We have a photo of the damage. A passenger took a picture of the clipped wing. He was leaving for John Wayne Airport in Orange County. It was a 9 05 flight. The plane was backing out when it hit another plane taxiing in to the you adjacent gate of the passengers were complaining of whiplash and neck pain. We talked to one man who saw it from his window seat. We were backing out and 10 seconds from the gate and heard a loud popping noise and basically a jolt.
