A HEATLH chief insisted yesterday that a third recall of former patients of Dr Michael Watt due to medication concerns will be the last one .
Belfast trust medical director Dr Chris Hagan also said he was dreadfully sorry that 45 patients had an invasive blood patch procedure - where blood is injected into the spinal fluid - carried out unnecessarily by the consultant neurologist.
