Sf card is a new program in california called california for all. It is an Emergency Preparedness campaign aimed at the most vulnerable populations. Some of the comments referenced the need to prepare for everybody in california. San francisco got a grant to work with agencies that serve people with language barriers, social isolation, poverty and other access and functional new challenges, and we are sf card is going to be working with up to 50 local agencies that have the trust of their clients to really make sure that these people are not left out in preparedness events and there are grant funds for those agencies. I have some information about this program if anybody would like to see it. There are a couple ways agencies can participate. I encourage you to grab one of these with the information. As a reminder, the project for this building has been pending since 2013 and with this commissions input, landmarking was allowed late last year. Allowing us to work. Were happy to report that ceqa should be done later this week, allowing us to move into the entitlement hearings. It is also adding a new outdoor plaza and it will involve comprehensive, interior and exterior improvements that will benefit all tenants of the building and also insure its long term preservation future. Im here because we have a concern we wont be able to make a hearing here until december, particularly if this Commission Moves to one hearing a month schedule. Luckily we had a great relationships with all of our lenders. Maria, who runs the tax credit buying for u. S. Bank, and so she said to me, foley, i would never sign off with a lien on title, but i know youre not doing anything crazy. I gave her all of the documentation. I think the critical issue that is we all have to talk. The community has to talk. Preservation planning has to talk. Planning has to talk. We all have to talk. If we talk, we dont have things like that happen. And luckily we were able to get through it. We were able to get the building renovated. We have a great relationship with historic and preservation.
