A 45-year-old man was found dead inside his vehicle at the Green Tree Inn in Victorville after authorities said he caused a disturbance there and fought with a security guard.
San Bernardino County sheriff s deputies found the man sitting unconscious in his vehicle without a pulse at 7:25 p.m. Thursday after responding to a report of an assault at the hotel on Green Tree Boulevard, officials said Friday.
The deputies performed CPR and medical personnel took the unidentified man to Victor Valley Global Medical Center in Victorville, where he died.
Homicide Detail detectives responded to conduct the investigation. They learned the man was not a guest and that hotel staff received reports of him causing a disturbance, authorities said.
