predict made in the south and all of the winners are small businesses owners who followed their dreams. gabe debenedetto is the editor in chief. welcome, dave. thank you so much. glad to be here. alisyn: tell how you pick the winners, do they all have a common thread? well, we look for artisans, small, small outfits, craftsmanship is a big key and we have a number of great judges who once we get 200, 250 and we winnow everything down and spend time with them and the product and quality of it, as much as the new mixes in the store. let s go through some of the products. one of the first ones is this chris williams oyster knife. what s great about this? most of them are made overseas, they re cheap, they re ugly and they re not very functional. chris was a former investment banger and his grandfather use today make knives and decided what he wants to do and he
