Man just had breakfast with his wife when he was struck by a byityson delgado. Captured the incident. I was thinking of punching out the window and trying to grab him. If i let go of this hood, im a deadman. He clung to the hood as delgado reached a high rate of speed. Was he looking at you . Yeah, he was talking on the talking on the cell phone. Reporter he says he finally fell off when the windshield wiper he was holding broke. Delgado took off and the police canvassed the neighborhood for hours. The 29yearold is already a suspect in a larceny and assault on a Police Officer earlier. Im a very lucky person. Reporter home tonight he has a broken foot and weeks of recovery. They are just happy to be home safely. The manhattan skyline greeted the 4500 passengers aboard Royal Caribbeans anthem of the seas. We were first in line to get off four hours ago. Reporter the ship left on saturday but was forced to turn around monday after sailing straight into a winter storm. It hit 30 foot waves and Hurricane Force winds of 100 miles per hour. Horrible. Horrible. It was extremely bad. We thought we were going to die.
