This is what has replaced The Green Room bar at The Arcadian Sanjeeta Bains A new Greek restaurant is replacing the popular Green Room cafe. The Green Room was an early casualty of the Covid pandemic -and permanently closed before the first lockdown ended in July 2020. The site has now been transformed into Mythos taverna, a rustic Mediterranean style restaurant - complete with heated terrace, adorned with deep red flowers, facing the theatre square. There is an array of authentic Greek dishes on its massive menu - such as souvlaki grill dishes as well as moussaka and kleftiko - traditional Greek lamb shank slow-cooked in herbs for four hours served with lemon roast potatoes.
